What's different about an empty-house clean

With the furniture and boxes out, the spots that are normally covered up are finally reachable. Tell us what the walkthrough needs: the regular work of a standard clean (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting), the built-up areas of a deep clean like baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet fronts and vents, or a checklist from your lease or sale agreement. Include it when you request your quote and we'll price and plan the time for it. If the carpets need work before the walkthrough, ask about adding carpet cleaning.

A few tips for timing

Book the clean for after the last load is out, so nothing gets set down on a clean floor. Keep the water and power on until the clean is finished. If you've already moved away, that's fine too: you don't need to be there, and access is arranged when you book.
